About Section Height Cut Off #10

The about section should be viewable at any viewport height. Currently when sections are expanded text is cut off. We may need to add a scroll to view as smaller screen sizes.

XD has it limited to only opening one box at a time. If About is open and Glossary is clicked About closes. This will eliminate need for a scroll. Text for all sections still TBD. https://xd.adobe.com/view/7af3e326-9cf5-4475-775f-701b6d0e3401-0cc2/?fullscreen
