linux system could not connect: connection refused during solve #194

has anyone encountered this error
"Unable to init server: Could not connect: Connection refused"
It is able to initalize the server. I am able to change parameters in file. But when I try to model.solve it results in this error. I am on comsol 6.2 ubuntu system
