Customize the landing page of MaRDI's Scholia instance

MaRDI's Scholia instance at https://scholia.portal.mardi4nfdi.de/ currently essentially is a mirror of the original at https://scholia.toolforge.org/ .
It would be desirable to have some level of customization on the MaRDI end, and the landing page seems like a good starting point.

TODOS:

• Set up and maintain a local replacement for https://github.com/WDscholia/scholia/blob/master/scholia/app/templates/index.html
• Insert that placement into the Docker configuration for the MaRDI Scholia instance
• Add documentation

Considered Alternatives:

• Instead of a static replacement via a static HTML page, we could think about using the original HTML and just inject the local content via JavaScript.
• Additional things to consider include customizations of the landing pages for the individual profile types (e.g. those listed under https://scholia.portal.mardi4nfdi.de/venue/ but we'll leave this for when the main landing page has been customized.

@physikerwelt Nothing urgent, but perhaps you can think about

• how to add the MaRDI logo, ideally in a way that keeps some version of the Scholia logo visible
• how to mention MaRDI (and perhaps NFDI) verbally

Other things to consider (that I will take care of) are adaptations of the links, e.g. with respect to the GitHub repo or About pages.
