The aia gem invokes PromptManager::Prompt#save to save changes in parameters; however that methods is just a thin wrapper around the storage adapter's save method which saves both text and parameters.

Its looking like we may need to provide a path where only the parameters are saved and the text is left alone. aia may be seeing signs where the prompt template is being over written by the results of evaluating the template.
