This project has mostly been abandoned. In case you want a community-driven fork of RVC - use fumiama/Retrieval-based-Voice-Conversion-WebUI

It lacks some of this forks' features, such as crepe, hybrid and mangio-crepe f0 extraction methods, but those are being worked on.

The main maintainer of this repository, Kalomaze - switched over to working on LLM-related stuff, such as koboldcpp.
Mangio621 himself - works on other projects as of today.

Please refrain from opening new issues and PRs, you're only wasting your time.
