As of now the only way to update is to re-run the install.sh script. This deletes all previously configured user-settings.
Some updates do not include changes to the settings, in that case the old settings can be kept.
In other cases however, changes to the settings have been made. A script should be created which "merges" the old user-settings with the new cases.
