I would like to ask how the moviegen model you are currently building is progressing and how it works.

progressing -> slowly, about 70% done: (1) work been busy (2) my gpu can only churn so fast so iteration is slow

• I have 2 weeks off for Christmas so hoping to finish by then

how it works: everything is 1:1 replicated from their paper. At least, I'm just stepping through each module and replicating what I can based on how they report, and infilling details here and there for what I think makes sense.

so check back in 2 weeks hopefully I'll have trained a small 1k video dataset model by then

okay, I plan on fixing one last masking bug in the tae and then training a smol version of the model this week, just need to decide how much compute i'm willing to rent lol - progress is going well
