Clear Information Stored in localStorage Post Playbook/Shelf Creation

The current state of a playbook is stored in localStorage during the creation process. Once the playbook is created, that information should be cleared so it doesn't show up when attempting to create another playbook.

Also, consider adding a button to clear the state if someone wants to start anew.

Also would be good to have a 'clear' button in case the user wants to reset the form before submission.
