Mouseovering to question bound is difficult

For example here, leftmost I can go to is 0.22352 before the values below the graph disappear:

I should be able to mouseover to the bound.
I also think the values to the bound should be visible even if I dragged my cursor a bit to the left of the graph, so that it'd be easier to see what I've predicted.

I was sure we had a ticket about this, but I can't find it.

Actually I can mouseover to the edge, though it is a pixel-perfect move.

Snapping to the lower bound when you're slightly to the left sounds good.
