MovieVault

MovieVault is a React-based web application that allows users to browse and search movies using The Movie Database (TMDb) API. Users can explore movie details such as titles, posters, descriptions, and more. Additionally, users can rate each movie and save their watched movies in a persistent list using local storage.

Prerequisites

Installation

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/MihaitaNicolaescu/MovieVault.git

  2. Navigate to the project directory:

    cd MovieVault

  3. Install dependencies:

    npm install

Usage

  1. Start the development server:

    npm run dev

  2. Open your browser and navigate to:

    http://localhost:5173

  3. Enter a location in the search bar to view the weather data.
