Chisel 1.5.7 conflict, Version 1.16-28+ thinks it's Chisel 2

Best I can tell Ex-Astris-MC1.7.10-1.16-28.jar + causes a server crash when I have Chisel 1.5.7 installed. Based on the error report it's looking for Chisel 2 API's which are not there because they are not the same mod.

Because they are the same mod, they use the same mod ID.
