Segmentation fault (core dumped) on linux fedora

I downlaode code, on a win10 machine and a fedora 35, both compile and build.
On win10, it runs correctly and gathers metris when I hit http://localhost:9966.

When I run on the fedora box, I get an output

but as soon as I fire a browser and type http://localhost:9966 I get

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Have you seen this? or if you have any idea would great, thanks
