Add option to search logs of a channel id instead of a channel name

Sometimes it might happen that the channel is temporarily banned, and his logs are no longer accessible using his channel name, but are if you use the channel id

Whereas using the channel name (not available as of date of this post): https://logs.ivr.fi/channel/fabzeef/2022/2/12
