As a visitor, when I visit '/', I want to see

an 'about' section
the title of the app
a link to log in or register with google that goes through the oauth process and ends up at '/dashboard'

If I am already logged in, I see

a link to log out
an 'about' section
a Land Acknowledgements Section
A link to My Gardens
