Motion Capture stop working after adding camera

Howdy,
I've been using motion for a while to run a few camera with motion detection. I added a third camera a few day ago and now none of them are detecting motion. I search the config file and reinstalled motion with no luck. Can anyone else see the error? Here are the conf files
