(A) TFC has banned vanilla anvil, which means that players cannot merge enchantment from two tools with the same kind. So could you please make an alternative block for enchantment merge and tool repair using ingot or plate?

(B) Treasure enchantment is another great problem, as TFC does not have villagers that trade treasure enchantment books like Mending. Could you also figure out a way for obtaining them?
