Subject: [PATCH] Update portal.md

In the sentence *"We use the term 'portal' to indicate any technology that is used to access and browse Walrus Sites,"* the word "an" was missing the letter "d." I read all documentation very carefully, so I corrected this oversight by adding the missing letter.
