How can i make that the phone automaticly sends coordinates to for example police job.

So i want that the phone automaticly sends coordinates with the message if you send it to the contact police.
For example: you send help and that the police officers get a message with the tekst: 'help' followed with his coordinates i saw this in a few servers. Can anyone help me out?.
