Should we implement pre-filter from May 2018 release?

Doesn't seem to be much interest in this feature so I'm going to close this one. Let me know if you want to remove it from staging.

There is renewed interest in this feature as a potential way to connect users to open textbooks. Based on feedback from Amira I have removed most of the resource types. We are investigating adding open textbook to the pre-filter. Let me know what you think here or email me. Enabled in test.

BTW. Not suggesting that this would be the final list of resource types in the pre-filter or that this is the approach we are going to take.

Based on usage numbers I added more resource types to the pre-filter. Ebook pre-filter needs to be fixed and open textbook needs to be created and added. Once those things are in place POG should discuss and give feedback to admin.
