Move

"quarto install tinytex"

to

"vscode": {
			"extensions": [
				"ms-python.python",
				"ms-toolsai.jupyter",
				"donjayamanne.vscode-default-python-kernel"
				"quarto install tinytex"  
			]

and out of the post install section.

This fixed the install hang.
