The RFTools spawner is broken. Put down a spawner, connect to RF source, add a syringe, the game crash instantly. Can be simply recreated in creative mode.

Edit: There is a config file (config/rftools/rftools.cfg) with "mobspawnamounts" values. Only the defined mobs in this list are working. If you put a syringe in the spawner, that is not in this list, the game will crash and you can not load your world after this!

As a workaround you can copy/paste e.g. the skeleton mob definition and replace the name with the syringe you put in the spawner. You can find the name ein the crash report. Restart minecraft and the world is loadable again. If you look in the spawner the game will crash again. But you can destroy the spawner without losing your world.
