[Runtime Bug]: Sample project crashes when RTX Remix is used

Describe the bug

When running the sample project provided with the installation of RTX Remix with the required RTX remix files, the project crashes almost immediately. It displays a blank, white screen for a few seconds before it is closed.

Similar events occur with other games when tested with RTX Remix, such as Half Life 2. I believe that the crashing of the sample project is the root cause for further crashes with other games.

How do you reproduce the bug?

1. Move the runtime files to the same directory as the sample project executable. (C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\RTX Remix\deps\remix_runtime\sample)
2. Run the sample project executable.
3. Observe the crash.

What is the expected behavior?

The sample project should open and render properly with no crashes.
