✋ improve bounties html

let's keep in single file as we can for ipfs/onchain hosting convenience.

We need to improve the following:

• tracking requested bounties (nfts)
• add complete() function
• resolve bug with admin request() and IE command() followup (creating redeemable order)
• make things overall look nicer
