Hitboxes of every button in the Gui are somehow connected to the position of "parent" buttons (buttons which are above the targeted button). This results in the first row of categories & keywords not being clickable while regions are hidden. Showing the regions will enable hitboxes on the first custom-row. Since "locking" the window enables all buttons, this will be lower priority for now.
