Bar doesn't come forward when pulling spells from the spellbook

Since the giant spell book came out in the 11.0 patch, it's a lot more difficult to set up my keybinds. Apparently, while using the default bars, the bars will come forward once you pick up a spell so that you can place it easier. I have mine stacked up a bit high in rows of 4-5, and to place any spells on the top bars I sort of have to shuffle them around using other bars if that makes sense.

Is there any way to have the bars come to the top when holding a spell from the spell book? Apologies if the wording of this request is confusing, it's late but I didn't want to forget this request. BT4 is easily one of the best addons in the game. There aren't many that I can't live without, but this is one of them. Thank you for the work that you do!
