Improvements to DefaultLayoutManager

1. Improvements to the default layout manager that can now resize and reposition message view.
2. Title and Description of a message can now be set programmatically if the layout xml contains ids for TextViews
   • spotlight_title
   • spotlight_description
3. Updated example
