[GUI improvement request] Add "transmitter days" to main screen

I suggest to add the sensor days information, the one found in system status, to the main screen. It would fit next to the "End in x days" nicely. It's highly relevant for Dexcom G6 users.

I take it you mean that for a G6, the user has two different items that expire at different times, sensor and transmitter.

But, the user will have to start sessions on a regular basis.
It is reasonable to expect the user to view the status page every time they start a new session.
It will be a major mistake to just start a session before confirming that there is connectivity. The way to confirm connectivity is to look at the status page and confirm that last connected roles over just before reaching 5 minutes.

When the user looks at the status page, they will see transmitter days. We have even color coded it exactly for this reason.
When there are 30 days left to the end of life for the transmitter, the color changes to brown. That serves to remind user to plan for ordering a new transmitter.
And when it goes over and no more sessions can be started, the color changes to red.

A session that has started and is working will never stop just because of the transmitter. When the transmitter expires, it refuses to start a new session. But, it will not just stop a session.

Do you still think you need to see transmitter days on main screen?

Yes, I absolutely do think the transmitter age should be in the main screen.
I'm a part of a local community of aaps/xDrip users and the this issue comes up every single week. Users simply miss this detail.

What I need to fix there is to add the option to use the 24 hour clock. And I still have not got to it.

There is so much to do and we can only go by priority.
For a developer to put time and effort into something, it helps to know why something is critically needed. Explaining why something is critically needed going into detail why what we have can lead to problems has a chance.
Just saying you believe something is needed does not help.
