each test case should use a random number generator with some hard-coded seed for consistency. right now dendropy's raxml wrapper doesn't support setting the random seed, but I've opened a pull request to fix it. jeetsukumaran/DendroPy#132. If and when it is fixed, update the raxml tests to use a random seed.
