Removing unknown spawnpoints? #336

After the event there are a lot of spawnpoints got removed and turned into unknown spawnpoints. Is there a way to remove those spawnpoints?

I did:

delete from spawnpoints where updated = 0

I think you can delete your pickle file maybe?
