Somehow they are connected to a missing file concerning uhid. I'm no expert on this stuff. But google brought about an explanation: a driver for uhid devices might be missing in the Kernel.

Im using your CM 10.2 for the S3 mini now for a while. All that time Bluetooth Keyboards weren't working.
Your old Bugtracker suggests, that this Problem is known since at least September 2013.

The given description fits my Problem exactly: After successful pairing the Keyboard wont connect. It tries but stops after a few seconds.
