I don't disagree. But sometimes it serves as a barrier for posting something. We can take things here and turn them into proper issues.

On the File Formats page, I thought it would be a good idea to add otoml TOML parser. The otoml package used by a few opam packages, has had updates pretty recently, and TOML is a pretty widely used file format. What do you think?

Edit: well, if you decide toml is a good one for that page, then probably should include to.ml as well.
