Describe the Bug

It's not possible to load DicomSeg files when data is loaded using viewer.ohif.org/local

Steps to Reproduce

Load any DICOM study and open Segmentation mode
Create a segmentation and export DicomSeg file.
Reload browser or open in a new tab using viewer.ohif.org/local
Load the original dcm files as well as the DicomSeg file just exported.
The error will be shown, and the segmentation will not be laoded even though it will be visible as available.

The current behavior

Impossible to check the validity or load DicomSeg files in segmentation mode.

The expected behavior

DicomSeg fiels should be loadable just as other dicom data.

OS
