Feat: Encourage users to complete their account sign-up

I think we should make it really clear where in the sign-up journey a user is.

While creating an account is the first step, it's super important that users verify their email address and complete the basic info on their profile.

Maybe something like this with a progress bar at different stages.

I could take a crack at this. I know there is getUserEmailIsVerified(), but for checking profile completion would it work to just check if all of the profile values are not undefined?

This is pretty old now! We've got some sign-up flow improvements on the horizon so I think this specific ticket can be closed.
