write a specification how to handle literature and data look up in FW papers

  • better label for "import from database" -> e.g. "search literature" and "search data"
  • separate literature look up and data look up on the interface
    image
  • support better search functions, like "phrase search", keyword search, longer search form, ...

"Search literature", "Search data" <-- problematic because it's not clear that this is data that comes from the outside that isn't in the system yet. There is also a search function for the bibliography data that the user already has.

How about "Search bibliographic databases"?

We will need to figure out what exactly is useful here and what data is beign provided. Keyword search seems especially useful if it is combined with a browse function. As it is, keywords and phrases can be searched together with everything else.

Actually, this doesn't sound all that great anyway. It could just as well be the database of literature (or even fidus document) the user has on the Fidus Writer server. Maybe "Find in external databases", "Fetch from citation databases", etc.?
