Can't close pop up after clicking 'Check for Duplicates'

Bug Report: Unable to Close Duplicate Check Pop-up

Issue Description:

When filling out the form on the above page, clicking on "Check for Duplicates" opens a pop-up displaying potential duplicate reports (if any). However, there is no option to close this pop-up and return to the form.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Bug Report Form.
2. Fill in the required details.
3. Click "Check for Duplicates."
4. Observe that a pop-up appears showing duplicate reports.
5. Try to close the pop-up – there is no option to do so.

Expected Behavior:

There should be a way to close the pop-up, such as:

• A close button (X) on the pop-up.
• Clicking outside the pop-up should dismiss it.
• A "Back" or "Cancel" button to return to the form.
