🎯 Problem to be solved

Lido requested to increase the bug bounty rewards:
Obol has overhauled the classification of severity of vulnerabilities in charon and the launchpad, and increased the payout for a critical vulnerability to $100,000. Obol is also willing to increase this further after completing its next capital raise, and as a prerequisite for charon adoption within lido exceeding what could trigger bunker mode.
