(Contracts) Consolidate events 5: Remove old events (rb-tree)

Sub Task 5:

🏗️ There are events referenced for the RB tree componentof the option round contracts, currently we are not actually emitting any events, so they can be removed

• remove their reference in the option round contract
• remove them from the rb_tree component (they are not being emitted so we can just delete them)
• Remove RB tree events (event) from round contract and tree component
