Add more options to joystick configuration menu

it would be really great if we could have more options in the joystick configuration menu. The ones that I really miss are:

• cycling the Advanced Space Compass (forwards and backwards)
• requesting landing permission
• toggling message gui
• cycling cargo (for jettison)

Somehow related, but not exactly the same issue: perhaps an option to simply toggle the missiles would be better than an option for activating and another for deactivating them, as that uses two buttons instead of one.
