Problem with the option2 installation process

I followed the option 2 process in order to install OCMovies-API-EN-FR, but I encountered an error at step 5 (pip install -r requirements.txt).

To solve the problem, I had to pip install wheel before pip install -requirements.txt.
So it might be a good idea to add this information in the installation process or to add this it to the requierements.txt
