can't install TurboJPEG

I wanted to install libfreenect2 in windows10,vs2017.
I have already Download the -vc64.exe installer from http://sourceforge.net/projects/libjpeg-turbo/files. But when I run it, a new pop-up window said that an existing version of the libjpeg-turbo SDK for Visual C++ 64-bit or the TurboJPEG SDK is already installed, please uninstall it first.
I used to install another version of libjpeg-turbo SDK for Visual C++ 64-bit in the same way. But I deleted it directly not using uninstall.exe. Now I Reinstall TurboJPEG but failed. And the old version of the libjpeg-turbo SDK for Visual C++ 64-bit does not exist on my computer now. So I don't know how to solve this problem.
