SP-MIS stuck in popup message after deleting a Group or an Individual

Describe the bug
After deleting a group or an individual, the SP-MIS does not update and get stuck in the popup message
To Reproduce

1. Log in to https://qa-sp-mis.newlogic.net/web
2. Create a Group with only the name
3. Select the group and delete
4. See issue

Do the same process for deleting an individual as well
see screenshots below

Expected behavior
After selecting delete, the popup should disappear and a success message should replace it.
