Mentors can log that they've contacted a mentee

As a mentor, I want to type a command in Slack to indicate that I've had a 1:1 session with a mentee. This command should:

• log the last contact into Airtable
• increment the number of sessions the mentor has had by one.
• announce in #mentors-internal that the event has taken place.

For this, #13 and #14 do we think we'd be better served using slash commands?

Something like /oc mentee contacted?

I think to do this with this bot we'd need a menu system where mentors could click a button to view their mentees, then click another one to take actions on them.

While super awesome it would be a bit complex. A slash command might be a good first cut.
