Game Crashing When Both Mods Are Used

The game just crashes as soon as it starts up when I have both of the mods in the folder. This has only been an issue with other mods because I was trying to use it with my SCP mod pack. Using them on their own works just fine.

I also can't find the mod that is causing the issue, it might be one of the SCP mods but I currently need them for the project I am working on.
