Just keep in mind here though that it doesnt need to "status stop start" all units.

it needs to "status stop start" systemd --user user units ([email protected]), getty units, and systemd --system runtime units

Oh and power units. yes

Regarding:

+init_get_all_units_status(systemd_logind_t)
+init_start_all_units(systemd_logind_t)
+init_stop_all_units(systemd_logind_t)
