Context: I've been trying to maximize AW2 structure spawning with multiple biome mods with world gen controlled by RTG and Geographicraft.
After manually digging through a good portion of the .aws files, they exclusively use "biomeList=" with very specific biomes from Novam Terram, Redwoods, and Explorercraft (and of course Vanilla and a few others). I see there is also a "biomeGroupList=" option in the files. Does that allow you to use Forge's BiomeDictionary to specify spawning? That would be a massive help in fixing these to work with multiple biome mods.
For instance, changing all the AWNationDwarf files to use the biome dictionary tags of MOUNTAIN or STEEP instead of specific biome names would be a (relatively) easy way to make sure your maximizing your Dwarf structure spawning, no matter what biome mods you have installed.
Also, and not sure if this would work, but you could use BiomeTweaker to create a custom biome tags for separate nations, then add those tags to your desired biomes.
