Tax fee percentage

Hello,
when i installed this nice extension i noticed i little bug!
When i go to checkout the total price is right but i can't see the fee tax like in screenshoot.
Any solutions?

I've made a quick test and the fee shows up on my installation (3% CoD fee).

Nevertheless there seems to exist an issue. So to help us identify the problem could you please give us some more information about your configuration.

• Do you have different settings for local and foreign fees?
• Is your merchant country Italy?
• Please provide us the complete module configuration
• Describe your applied tax settings

Hello, I have just installed your module on M 2.2.2 and I noticed the same issue:

I see the "cash on delivery fee" but the fee is "zero" even if it is setup with fixed fee to 6€,

It will appears correctly only the third time that I click on "cash on delivery" payment method. The first 2 times, it refresh the page but the price is still "zero". See the video screen: https://goo.gl/D3d6Mf

@silversil What is the error in the request? Is it the same as in #8? If yes, the fix may have helped already.

I have installed another module because fee was displayed as 0 but in the success page was corractly showed with fee..
