Minimum/Maximum Counts for Individual Motifs

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to add the minimum and maximum counts of individual motifs from the reads (not the min/max of the concensus) in a future version update.

In certain cases, it would be particularly interesting to know what the minimum/maximum motif counts observed from the overall reads.

Thank you for the question! We are working on a workflow for assessing repeat mosaicism that will report per-read motif counts and a lot of other information. Please feel free to reach out by email if you'd like to test the preliminary version of this workflow (which should be ready in a month or so).
