I'm getting ussue while installation"
I have done with clonning the repo,installing node,fnm and all.
I'm facing problem while doing configuration using npm run setup and both manually by creating .env file.
By using npm run setup I'm getting the below error

it says talawa api servie is unavailable.

I want to know that, if the issue is assigned to someone and I raise pr against that issue, will it be considered?
