The markdown in INSTALLATION.md file is malformed.

Describe the bug
There is bug in the markdown format of INSTALLATION.md file after the Development Setup part which is making it harder to understand the installation process for the developer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. First go to the https://github.com/PalisadoesFoundation/talawa-admin/blob/main/INSTALLATION.md
2. Then check the Development Setup.
3. The markdown format is incorrect.

Expected behavior
Markdown should be rendered correctly.

Actual behavior
Markdown is malformed.

This has been fixed
