Empty description edit from GUI

When a description is empty, it's impossible to update it from the GUI.
I now have to edit the GPML itself to get the description in. (Or the WP website, but that can trigger the website to hang for some seconds). I believe it would be a good idea to add a comment in the PW title box, stating "Add description here" (and this comment cannot be removed by users). That would really help people add a description within the GUI :) @mkutmon @Finterly
